Our manufacturing methods are identical to those used by traditional wood workers of past centuries. We carefully select only the highest quality woods in generous thicknesses with soft and uniform grain.

We dry wood in house to ensure stability and durability of our pieces. Wood is first naturally dried in open air fields for 3 to 4 months and is then brought inside.

Assembly is done with tenons and mortises, drawers are dovetailed. Every component of the furniture is made in solid wood, including backs in solid chestnut. Patinas are done by hand applying bees’ wax.
